Private-equity backed company, now public, growing their in-house legal team with the addition of 3 Assistant General Counsels to support project finance and regulatory; compensation included base salary and short-term and long-term incentives, one candidate was relocated from NYC to VA. —- Public REITs: one adding to their existing in-house team and another hiring to shift transactional responsibilities from GC and increase bench strength for succession planning; Associate GC with base salary, short- and long-term incentives, and new hire equity. —- Privately-held technology start-up hiring second in-house attorney to support GC and board of directors on corporate governance and regulatory matters. Compensation package included base salary plus short- and long-term incentives.
